Erika | Lead Instructor & Cohost of the The Flora Room Awakening: Soul Stretch and Serenity (2026)

Hi, I’m Erika, and I’m so excited to be leading and co-hosting The Flora Room Awakening: Soul Stretch and Serenity retreat in 2026!

 

My yoga journey has been incredibly transformative. I’ve been practicing consistently for over five years and teaching since 2023. My main focus and certifications are in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, and I deeply believe in the power of the practice to support body, mind, and spirit.

 

Yoga has held me through different chapters of my life, and my passion is to share that interpretation with others. I love guiding students through mindful practices and creating space for introspection and healing. Additionally, I lead workshops designed to help others connect more deeply with themselves. 

 

Retreats have provided me with unique opportunities for personal growth, and have led to lasting, meaningful relationships. My goal for this retreat is to create a welcoming environment where each participant can arrive exactly as they are and take what they need from their time with us.

I can’t wait to retreat with you in Costa Rica, and I look forward to sharing a truly soul-nourishing experience!
