I took a MyoYin Yoga class, and by the end, I felt like I had been unraveled from the inside out. The combination of long, meditative yin poses and deep myofascial release using therapy balls left me feeling grounded, open, and incredibly restored. It was the kind of class that didn’t just stretch your body; it released tension you didn’t even know you were holding.

What is MyoYin Yoga?
This practice blends:
Myofascial release with therapy balls to target tight muscles and connective tissue,
Yin yoga, where we hold deep, passive stretches for several minutes to access fascia and joint health.
It's like getting a massage and a deep stretch at the same time, slow, intentional, and incredibly powerful.
A Weekly Body Focus
Each week, the focus will be on a different part of the body, whether it’s the hips, shoulders, feet, or spine. Over time, this approach helps you unwind head to toe, support better posture, release chronic tension, and feel more at home in your body.
Every class is different, but the goal is the same: to help you let go and come back to yourself.
